The TurboHog Android App
The TurboHog app for Android is available on Google Play. It works with both Google Calendar and Outlook.
Installing the Android App
- On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store.
- Search for "TurboHog", or open the TurboHog listing on Google Play.
- Tap "Install".
- When it finishes, tap "Open".
- Tap "Sign in with Google" and choose the Google account you use for TurboHog on your computer.
You cannot create a new account in the app. If you are new to TurboHog, sign up at turbohog.com first, then sign in to the app.
Your tasks, projects, schedules, and calendars are the same on every device, so there is nothing else to set up.
Using TurboHog in Your Phone's Browser
On an iPhone, or on any phone without the app, you can use TurboHog in your browser.
- Open your phone's browser, such as Safari or Chrome.
- Go to turbohog.com.
- Sign in.
Adding TurboHog to Your Home Screen
You can add TurboHog to your home screen so it opens as an app.
On an iPhone with Safari:
- Open turbohog.com in Safari and sign in.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap "Add".
On Android with Chrome:
- Open turbohog.com in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap the three dots in the top right.
- Tap "Add to Home screen".
- Tap "Add".
Finding Your Way Around in the Browser
TurboHog fits itself to a phone screen:
- Today shows one column. The Inbox may be collapsed at the top. If it is, tap "Show inbox" to open it.
- The sidebar is hidden. Tap the panel icon at the top left to open it, and tap outside it to close it.
- Tasks shows smaller task cards. Tap the round "+" button at the bottom right to add a task.
- The task form fills the screen, with Task and Event tabs at the top and a "Create Task" button at the bottom.
- Calendar shows one day at a time.
- Settings tabs become a row you can scroll sideways.
Signing Out a Lost Phone
If you lose a phone or stop using it, you can sign out all of your mobile devices from your computer.
- Click your name at the bottom left of the sidebar.
- Select "Settings". The "Account & Billing" tab opens.
- Find the "Mobile devices" card and click "Manage mobile devices".
- Click "Sign out devices" to confirm.
Every phone and tablet is signed out, and so is the browser you are using. Sign in again on the devices you still use.
