Related tasks, together
Projects are a way to group tasks around a shared purpose. Create one for a website launch, a client, your household, or a personal goal, then keep the relevant tasks together in its own view.
Each project has a name and color, with an optional description. Its tasks remain part of your TurboHog plan, so organizing the work connects with finding time to do it.

View scheduled times, due dates, and priorities together. Sort by time or priority as you review what needs doing.
Give work, personal responsibilities, and goals their own projects, so each has a place you can return to.
A place for each part of your life
Create a project, find it in your sidebar, and review the tasks you want to move forward.
01 · Start with a project
Create a project with a name you recognize and a color that makes it easy to find. You can also add a description to explain what the project is about.
Use a name that fits the way you think about the work. That could be a specific launch, an ongoing client relationship, or something personal, like learning photography.
More time for the ideas you want to pursue.

Try for Free03 · From organized to scheduled
Inside a project, you can see scheduled times and due dates, sort tasks by time or priority, and review completed tasks in their own section. The list gives you the details you need to decide where to focus.
TurboHog’s Auto Scheduling uses each task’s duration, deadline, priority, and your availability to plan the work around calendar events. Your project keeps the related tasks together while your calendar shows where they fit.
More time for following through.
